  • 1st 3 items that u eat at the start of the day

    I think what we eat at the start of the day is very important..

    for me, they will be:

    1 - 1 glass of water (at home)
    2 - evening primrose (at home)
    3 - green tea (when i reach office)

    what u gals?

    For me :

    1- Glass of water
    2- Oatmeal made by my mom
    3 - Coffee or tea

      mine think not so healthy and i only have 2 items on weekdays.

      1. drink big mug of coffee
      2. inhale stick of tar-nicotine
      3. eat packet of fried bee hoon (either sat or sun; depends on which day hubby goes to wet market)

          1- glass of water
          2 - breakfast (either cereal with milk, biscuits, kueh, pao or bread)
          3 - Milk or orange juice/ more snacks!

          Gosh, seems like i eat the most here

            wow seems like everyone is so disciplined to drink a glass of water every morning!

            me:

            1) milo
            2) biscuits
            3) coffee

                  1 glass of water, followed by breakfast, then fruit juice/soy milk etc.

                    1. A glass of warm water (cos I always wake up thirsty)
                    2. Instant cereal drink
                    3. Fried bee hoon with fried egg! But sometimes I skip this sinful fav and won't eat anything else till lunch.

                      I had:
                      - 3 buns
                      - 1 cup of milo
                      - 1 vitamin C tablet

                        - 2 cups of water
                        - toasted multigrain bread (with turkey/ham/corned beef etc, depends on which cold cuts my mom bought. and lettuce and tomatoes yummy yummy)
                        - soya milk

                          1 glass of warm water, 2 pieces of wholemeal bread with tuna, fresh warm soya milk
