    Seriously crunches dont work ? You must have been doing them the wrong way then. Crunches, reverse crunches, sit ups, and planks have to be done together for the simplest of reason, one builds the muscle mass while the other exercise works to tone it. How are you ever going to tone your muscles when you have none to begin with ? And muscle mass is crucial to losing weight because guess what, muscles burn energy.
