  • My diet diary

    Ok.. I'm going to start my diet today !!
    Reason behind: I want to have a make over in April.
    What I going to do:

    Reduce sugar intake (Coke !! canned drinks)
    Reduce fat intake (chicken skin, potato chips)
    Try to do sit up and push up every night
    Try to do some running (I hate running)
    Go swimming at least once a week

    Target:
    Firmer arms
    Firmer ab

    Good luck to me !!

    ahbao, if you hate running, what about brisk walking? Due to some health problems, I can't jog, so I do brisk walking instead.
    I find it quite effective!

        Try crunches instead of sit-ups. Heard from my colleagues that crunches are more effective in firming up your abs.

          My 3 in 1 diary

          I am also going to start my diet, beauty and health today. Will wait till a year to see the full result. Here's my diet plan

          Eat more vegetables everyday
          At least 1 fruit a day
          Jog eveyday at least twice for 20 mins
          Quit sugar food like sweets, cakes, desserts
          Eat Manuka Honey evey morning
          Play Tennis at least twice a week
          Drink a cup of milk everyday
          Try to drink more water everyday
          Eat more small meals
          Sleep early and wake up early


          Aims

          - Slim down my face and leg (maybe Slim down by 4 to 5kg)
          - Increase my Metabolism Rate
          - Have a nice and glowly skin

          Will give nyself 1 month to adapt to it and hopefully my face and leg wil slim down in a year's time.

          Current Weight - 43 kg (morning) 45kg (night) 1300 Metabolism Rate

              I am on a diet .. yet today I am attending a wedding dinner ...how how?

              yesterday I went to swim but already ate kfc after the swim and today I have kfc again during lunch time arr so sinful already .

                Wow, U love KFC that much? Haha. I think next time before you eat, you drink lots of water to make yourself a little full then you will eat less KFC. Nevermind if you left a lot, just think in a way is better to eat less unhealthy food now, in the long run you save more money and troubles.

                  Keke. Thanks for your concern. But I think I got to really slim down my face fats. Now my size is like not in proportion cause when I grow fat, only my leg and face get fats first and a lot lot. Hmmmm. Then for face I think maybe jogging helps, cause k shake my fats when I running. Haha. Not sure too. So If I see my face getting better, then maybe I will just maintain it. Or you got any idea to reduce face fats?

                  Hehe, By the way, last time I used to be 38kg. But within 2 yrs I grew to 43kg, now got some stretch marks, dont know what happened to me. I think I look best when I am in 40kg.

                  Ah, My biggest regret today was I ate
                  cup noodle
                  milo choc bar
                  chicken bun
                  All junk food.

                    38kg!!!! How tall are you victoriaz? You sound really slim, sure you need to lose weight? Gosh i think the last time i was 38kg was when i was in Primary school

                            Uh really? haha. I think I got light bones. I look a little fat now with double chin. AH. Opps, I have not been doing what I am suppose to do. The problem is I find food so irresible.

                              I am really going to start my diet today. I have been postponing since the birth of my son, and he is now 8 months old already

                              My plan :
                              1. Wear a tight fitting dress to work so I will remember that I am on diet
                              2. One slice of wholemeal bread for breakfast and water
                              3. Two slices of wholemeal bread for lunch and water
                              4. Eat normally for dinner

                              Hope to loose at least 5 kg in 4 weeks. I actually did the above in 2002, before I gave birth to 2 babies. It really worked and needs a lot of determination. Don't know whether I can find the same determination now.

                              It is only 10am now and I am very hungry already
