    i tried this diet a few years back and found it very very effective. but now when i want to repurchase i can't seem to be able to find it anywhere

    I don't think they have this anymore. If not you still remember the food stuffs they put? Buy your own to create also can

        I tried before too! I remember a vanilla ice cream and a lot of vegetable!

          i took on Fri & gave up on Sat & Sun, wasted my 30bucks :Doh:

          they used to have their receipe in their website.

              Found The Menu For Ntuc 3-day Diet

              MENU FOR NTUC 3-DAY DIET

              Just found it... here it is for everyone's benefit
              For everyone's benefit, here is the diet program menu .
              Happy dieting and healthy living!

              You must drink at least 1/2 litres of plain water per day. You can drink more, if you wish. It is good for the diet. This diet must be followed exactly to lose 2 kg* in 3 days.



              N.B. 1 oz = 28 g ...

              Do not vary or substitute any of the foods. Salt and pepper to be used and not other seasoning. Where no quantity is given, there are no restrictions other than common sense. Toast is to be dry - no butter or margarine. Tuna, string beans and beetroot can be frozen. Ice-cream is to be vanilla flavour only.

              This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In the three days you will lose 2 kg*. After 3 days of dieting you can eat normally. Remember, not to overdo it. You can try this program twice a month.

                DAY One
                BREAKFAST
                Black tea/coffee
                1 grapefruit
                1 slice toast
                2 tsps peanut butter

                LUNCH
                Black tea/coffee
                4 oz (100g) tuna
                1 slice toast

                DINNER
                1 slice chicken ham
                1 cup (50g) long beans
                4 oz (100g) beetroot
                4 oz (100g) Ice-cream
                1 small apple

                  BREAKFAST
                  Black tea/coffee
                  1 egg boiled/poached
                  1 slice toast
                  Half a banana

                  LUNCH
                  Black tea/coffee
                  4 oz (100g) cottage cheese
                  5 Tun/Ritz biscuits

                  DINNER
                  2 chicken sausages
                  4 oz (100g) broccoli
                  2 oz (50g) carrots
                  Half a banana
                  4 oz (100g) ice-cream

                      1/4 melon

                      100 gms = 4 oz

                            vannyk, thanks for e recipe!

                            e recipe still looks edible to me, at least i eat all those, i like tuna, vanilla ice cream, sausages, ritz biscuits!

                            i 'feel' that im putting on weight, will give it a try soon!
