  • Midnite Snacks?

    How many of you get hungry when you do not go to bed at your usual time? I get hungry if i dun get to bed by 11am, then i'll go searching for something to munch... Any good idea on healthy midnite snacks??

    I would suggest fruits like apples, strawberries or non-fat yogurt. Especially non-fat yogurt, it really fills you up. I would like more suggestions too.

      Cereals, Drink fruite juice or honey. As liquid make us feel full too
