Personally, I think this is a load of rubbish. I've been wearing glasses since the age of 13 (I'm now 24) and my eyes have certainly not gotten smaller.
As for glasses making them LOOK smaller, well, wouldn't it depend on the type of lense that you have? For example, a friend of mine...

It's true...events management is not that glamourous at all! It's heavily admin focused, and also you need to work long hours in order to successfully prepare for the event. A lot of it is working under pressure, to tight deadlines and with lots of things to prepare for!Leave a comment:

If you go to a large city, I doubt you'll experience too much discrimination because the larger cities tend to be a lot more muticultural. Also, you'll find that there are a lot of foreign students in the same boat as you! Just enjoy it

I don't get sick very easily, and just tend to get 1 cold or flu per year.
Like everyone else said, you need make sure you get at least 7 hours sleep every night and also eat at least 5 portions of fruit and veg each day! Excercise can make your body stronger too
