You can try oat + yoghurt + honey. With the addition of yoghurt, less honey is required, and so becomes less slimey

I find that the "properties" of the souffles vary from color to color. Some are still very soft while some have hardened
The hardened ones can still be rescued by mixing in a drop or 2 of your moisturiser, and moosh it up with your finger.
