I forgot to check back, sorry! I did CELTA at RMIT in Melbourne, because I wasn't willing to wait for the course at British Council to start. There isn't anywhere else you can do it in Singapore, unfortunately.
3 years after I got my CELTA, I went back to Melbourne to do my Master's degree...

I would suggest CELTA too, especially if you intend to work elsewhere. It may not be the best, but it's widely recognised as a reputable entry-level qualification. I did CELTA in 2003 and am still in the industry.

Da Tong and Da Zhong Guo are different companies. The old folks tend to prefer these two for their traditional baked mooncakes. If you want to splurge, buy Kee W a h. It's from Hong Kong, and my fave for baked mooncakes.

Got a box of Raffles the Plaza today at Isetan Scotts after visiting the Taka fair. Isetan is probably the best place to get this because not only do you get 15% off, but if you pay with your Isetan card you get the usual discount on top of that too!
